Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me....
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see.

T'was Grace that taught...
my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear...
the hour I first believed.

Through many dangers, toils and snares...
we have already come.
T'was Grace that brought us safe thus far...
and Grace will lead us home.

The Lord has promised good to me...
His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be...
as long as life endures.

When we've been here ten thousand years...
bright shining as the sun.
We've no less days to sing God's praise...
then when we've first begun.

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me....
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see.

Hey Xanga mofos! hmm ... what to do, what to do? I was listening to some bands earlier to see if which drummer stands out the most. I started with Soilwork's Stabbing the Drama album followed by their other album Figure Number Five. I am not quite sure if it was the same drummer because I heard that they had a drummer change after a couple of albums. Anyways, the second band I listened to was Lamb of God. I had all downloaded songs but I am pretty sure that I have most of the Ashes of the Wake and As the Palaces Burn tracks. I also listened to The Haunted, Avenged Sevenfold, Lacuna Coil, Obituary, As I Lay Dying and some Dreamtheater.
After hours of intense METAL listening I formulated a conclusion that Soilwork's Dirk Verbeuren/Richard Evensand [or whoever played on the Stabbing the Drama album] and Lamb of God's Chris Adler stand out the most out of all the bands that I listened to.
Soilwork is from Sweden and indeed the drummer has some European accents in his drumming as well as thrash and punk, Im not sure where he got it from; maybe Slayer? The guy is awesome though, he does a lot of fast beats and blast beats and executes smooth transitions from one bar to another; sort of drumming that makes you go "Fuck you! I'll rip your head off!" I sense a mild influence of jazz in his style so its awesome. Meanwhile, United States' Lamb of God's Chris Adler has a lot of odd time signatures and he doesn't do a lot of fast rolls, although he does a lot of triplets which is awesome. On the Lamb of God DVD he mentioned he has some jazz influences which explains the complexity of his playing as well as the fluidity of it. The transitions are tightly fitted with the guitar riffs.
So, now I have two drummers that kick my ass everytime I hear their cd's. Although Lamb of God and Soilwork are both heavy metal bands, the drummers have a different approach in their drumming aside from having the same taste of world domination. Clearly it is a void choice for me because they have different accents in playing but I would suggest all you people to listen to these bands that I just mentioned [that is, if you listen to metal].

Chap Stick

Yeeeep! Damn right im back again. Before I start, I have an inquiry question. Do you people ever wonder or NOTICE why everytime you buy a new Chap Stick you lose it after a week?! If you do then im not the only one noticing it, cause you guys are noticing it too and that makes me not a loner. To make the long story short AND out of extremely painful boredomness, I would like to announce that I, just recently, FINISHED MY DAMN CHAP STICK!! *bow* It took me a while and with careful safety methods of NOT losing it, I just made myself proud. LOL.
"Not only the big things that are happening matter the most; but its the small things ,that make the big things, also matter a lot" - i heard it from some old guy in the subway.

Oh well. Here I am again bored out of my skull. Im currently cleaning my room and man, I don't know where to start. Should I start with my cd collection that is all over my room? my closet which is basically my whole room as well? my desk which is cluttered with random papers and cups? I DON'T KNOW! Anyways, 9:00 a.m., i was having the time of my life in bed [its not what you think!], i finally was having a good sleep when all of a sudden my boss called me up and see how I was doing. GREAT! I answered a double meaning reply, part of it was "great, I was having a nap of the century and you woke me up you bastard!" and the other part was "great! SHE checked up on me!". SO NOW, that whole phone call thing will ruin my weekend. Since I was short on my sleeping time, and today's friday I would not be able to sleep early tonight, apart from my work ending at 10, I have a sleeping disorder. So prolly ill be in bed by 2 - 3 am and i have work tomorrow at 8 am. I'll be "puyat" at work and be so tired after I get off I wouldn't be able to do anything and it goes til` sunday. Its true, work can prove a yin yang effect in your life, earning money which is good but bad for the being. LOL. i know i know its shallow but it ruined my FREAKIN` la-la land exploration!

I'll start with my ass.
